实现用户的目标是我们设计的基础，用户就会开心，满意。用户用的开心了，产品才能获得商业上的成功。
大概的工作内容：
1、理解用户的期望、需要、动机和上下文。
2、理解业务、技术和行业上的需求及限制。
3、将这些所理解的东西转化为产品的规划（或者产品本身），使得产品的形式在内容和行为上有用、能用，另人向往，并且在经济技术上可行。
设计过程简述：
设计过程基本上可以分为5个阶段：
研究用户及其领域 —〉建模-使之符合用户习惯及使用环境 —〉需求-用户、业务、和技术需求的定义 —〉框架-设计结构和流的定义 —〉体验-针对行为和内容进行体验优化改进
以上这些阶段指出了交互设计的五个子活动—–理解、抽象、结构化、描述和优化，其中强调了为用户行为建模和对用户行为定位。
