其实在软件设计中，树形结构作为文件的导航还是有很大的优势，尤其量比较大的时候。当量比较大的时候，很多软件的做法是给出一个快速入口，让用户通过口令可以直接到达某个目的地；还有的做法是记录用户经常访问的路径，给出经常使用的链接。不知道西贝说的具体是什么情况，有机会可以交流。

@Banlon ，事事无绝对我是同意的，但从大处做用户体验也必赋予具体的内容，比如：整体流程及其合理性、基于用户角度的交互流程和界面布局等等很多方面。

况且我是在“降温”，主要针对乱炒概念的人，并不是说不要说这个词，是建议务实。
