奇遇说得很对,产品不见得是设计师的责任,产品是团队的杰作,任何一环都会影响产品的走向,作为designer就是尽自己的努力让产品向好的方向发展,但有时不得不根据高层的战略问题而改变一些自己的初衷!

抛开市场定位不谈，总体感觉百度hi还是有可取之处，就像melody所说的，比较轻快，而且没有像qq和msn那样冗余的侧边栏，看着简单舒服。

@Melody，很多时候产品不见得是设计师的责任，和公司战略和产品定位有关系，一般是领导层的责任。

dooky和白鸦参与了设计，我不知道他们具体参与了那一部分，但公司战略不会由设计师去思考，高层领导会直接思考战略的问题。白鸦也说：“交互改了不少，视觉很失望”。没有诋毁谁的设计，我也不知道是谁设计的，我仅表明我的看法。

有人也觉得baidu hi的用户体验不错，觉得QQ msn 左边栏的众多图标切换让人很不爽，觉得 baidu hi更轻快。

当然这个也对，但我还是认同奇遇的观点。简化版的QQ或Windows live就没有意义了，产品要有其核心竞争力。

当然当时用一下也是因为是dooky设计的，白鸦好像也有参与！
