闲聊用户角色

之前很多人给我提到“Personas”这个词，在中国的国度里，并非所有设计师都能很好的英文读写，于是让新手听起来很神秘的样子，我经常脱口而出“用户角色”嘛！我们在生活中也会扮演各种角色，比如，你是你父母的孩子，是小孩的爸爸等等，这里的“孩子”、“爸爸”都是你在不同角度所扮演的角色。同理而言，使用某产品的用户，这个“用户”就是角色。只不过我们把“用户角色”当成一种典型的研究用户的方法，根据用户典型的特点虚拟几个用户，让这些虚拟的用户代表广大用户。就这样，很容易理解。
对于“用户角色”这个词，是cooper先生最先发明的，在他的aboutface3里，对角色有明确的定义：虚拟的用户；研究用户的工具；一种研究用户的方法。有兴趣的朋友可以翻看”（5）Modeling Users:Personas And Goals”这个章节。在web设计领域里，Angela翻译的《赢在用户》很系统的讲了创建角色的过程。
创建用户角色，客观的讲是建立在细分用户至上的，就是基于对大众用户的分类，然后创建“用户角色”，很多时候被有些人理解为“典型用户”，典型用户很有价值，但“用户角色”不见得都是典型用户。在用户角色背后，有用户相关数据做支撑，否则很难谈的上客观。关于研究用户的系统讲解，还是建议去看《赢在用户》，的确很系统的一本书。这里不是在推荐《赢在用户》了，大家不要误解。

正在看《赢在用户》，是本好书，很详细，第一次了解用户角色是在《交互设计之路》，里面对“Personas”这个单词也作了解释，当然我只是个菜鸟，呵呵，好好学习。
赢在用户是经典的工具书~~很全面~
但是数据支持和实际行动实在是太难了,在国内太难~~我一般让女朋友充当我的角色来进行调研~,嘿嘿~

恩，今天早上读了一篇有关USER心理压力与设计的文章，感觉很特别，文章的作者提到USER如果在使用产品前（或使用中）感到心理压抑，那么在使用产品交互的时候，就会发生错误，很少看到分析USER心理方面的文章，感觉很不错，有兴趣的话可以看看^^

《赢在用户》这本书看过一遍，最近做了三个产品的的角色定义，分别是空调，冰箱和电视。每次做都有新的体会，效果也越来越好。
有以下几个问题：
1、如何划分用户
2、如何避免构建老套的角色
3、如何构造情景和场景
4、如何确保项目成员对角色认同
5、如何让角色贯穿始终

其实在软件设计中，树形结构作为文件的导航还是有很大的优势，尤其量比较大的时候。当量比较大的时候，很多软件的做法是给出一个快速入口，让用户通过口令可以直接到达某个目的地；还有的做法是记录用户经常访问的路径，给出经常使用的链接。不知道西贝说的具体是什么情况，有机会可以交流。
