需求的来源决定可用性

可用性，顾名思义，有用；对什么人有用？对需求者有用；我们产品的需求是需求者的需求吗？或许你开始摇头了，不知道？！不确定？！那还可以做可用性测试验证一下，符合需求者的需求才能算具有可用性。
就算以上这点简单的道理，也会有来自各方人士的异议，我们总裁就从另一个角度提出了一个观点：消费者也分为两类，一类是理性消费者，一类是非理性消费者，我们提供一些看起来很唬人的功能可以促进消费者购买，只要保证不影响正常使用，或者不增加使用的复杂度。我不反对这个观点，在企业发展的某个阶段，我们可以适当的做点“骗人”的事情，但高质量的产品是不会这样的，苹果的产品大多受到了业界的好评，就是因为其简约的风格。简约这个词应该是褒义词，至少我这么认为。怎么能称之为简约？我主观的理解为：切中用户需求，无需求缺陷，也不做多余的设计。不多不少，刚刚好，这是很难做到的，我也只是有这个追求而已。但我们做到了这些，才能真正意义上保证了产品的可用性。
拍脑门来定需求的这事想必大家都做过，我也做过这样的事情。拍脑门的决定不一定不正确，但多数情况下是有问题的，我们还是要科学的求证我们所想，这些需求究竟是基于什么获得，获得方法很重要。如果只是喜欢去空想，那么这空想出来的需求也容易被自个推翻，更甭说拿到现实中去检验。之前我写过一篇《“曲线”用户研究》，还算有点求证的态度，就算没有条件做用户研究的情况下，还是尽量想办法给自己的产品找到相对合理的依据，起码比拍脑门要更有说服力。最好能有针对用户的各种客观数据做支撑，这样分析得出的功能也就有了支撑，这样成功能来的快一些。
