一、可用性设计工具
1、屏幕录像软件：ViewletCam   、Morae   。
2、UML工具软件：Rational Rose 、 PowerDesigner   、 VISIO2003 、gskinner在线设计器（关于uml知识，推荐网站http://www.uml.org.cn/ ）
3、网站原型工具：Axure.RP （Axure.RP.Pro.v4.4.1.745 我用过，还不错。）,软件原型工具：GUI Design Studio
4、流程图、屏幕间交互图等相关：PowerDesigner   、 VISIO2003 、SmartDraw。

二、国际可用性组织
专业可用性组织

很不错的组织，从他们的网站上可以学到不少可用性知识

更新较频繁，适合经常去看看了解可用性动态

3. HFES-Human Factors and Ergonomics Society – http://www.hfes.org
总部在英国的专业人机工程学组织

ACM的人机交互SIG

美国health and human service部门的政府网站，也有一些可用性专业知识与信息

英国的人机工程社区

HCI鼻祖Jacob Nielsen的个人网站，其中有很多调查报告的概要信息，也可以购买该论坛的论文或调查报告

另一位鼻祖人物Don Norman的网站，他的设计心理学一书广受好评。

很多文章，非常不错

Scott Berkun的网站，里面收录了他多年的ui方面的经典文章，不少在MSDN里都能看到。
